Our office is at 370 Lexington Avenue, Suite 1212, one block from Grand Central Station. If you ride the 4, 5, 6, 7 or S trains or come in on Metro-North, we're a short walk from your train.

Do you take my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Oxford, UnitedHealthcare, Surest, Meritain Health and Medicare. We do not accept Medicaid-based plans. If you don't see your plan, call us at (212) 953-6040 and we'll check it for you.
Can I check my benefits before my first visit?
Yes. Fill out the Free Benefits Verification form on our Insurances Accepted page, and our billing team will contact you with your coverage details, including any copay or deductible, before your appointment.
Is every session one-on-one?
Yes. We offer one-on-one physical therapy and individualized programs built around your needs.
What are your hours?
We're open Monday through Thursday from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, and Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
